Mika is holding a day for mindfulness and meditative practices. The Heart of Being and The Sanctuary Within.

Everywhere, we seek to find a Sanctuary. Perhaps in a set of beliefs, perhaps in a person or a purpose. We try to find that perfect place of peace - a place that will bring us to wholeness and let us rest from the feelings of unease and conflicting thoughts. We are forever looking out there for that 'something'. When we stop trying to find that missing element, open up and listen to ourselves, we discover that the Sanctuary is in fact here, right now, within me and everywhere. It is our task to remember and return to this again and again and again.

  • • Movement, meditation and breath work
  • • Group connection and processes
  • • Healing circle pracises
