Lexi gives us three hours of exploration and education regarding all aspects of the stresses & anxieties we face in everyday life.

We will look at the things that cause us to feel anxious, irritable or drained and learn a variety of Hypnotic and NLP techniques that counteract these effects.

Regular use of these mental tools can enable us to manage our commitments more comfortably and to find peace and happiness despite the challenges of each day.

Lexi says, "I am an experienced Hypnotherapist and NLP practioner of 12 years, and offers caring and confidential guidance in resolving a wide range of personal, health and habit issues. My training is Ericksonian based and so I work intuitively with the uniqueness of the individual, accessing the subconscious with hypnosis and NLP techniques to facilitate the desired change. The mind is powerful, complex and amazing, but sometimes its influence on emotion and behaviour requires de-cluttering and modification. I can help you to understand yourself better and to define the changes you want to make so you can use your mind more effectively.
