There are now regular opportunites to discover the benefits of taking part in a Sweat Lodge ceremony at the Clophill Centre. These are run on a bi-monthly basis - check bottom of page for future dates through the year

We gather together from around 2.00 pm to prepare the lodge and light the fire.

This is a very beautiful way to enter into the heart of the Earth. It is a place where we can truly engage with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water, in prayer for ourselves and for others. It is a place where we may receive purification, wisdom, insight, understanding and healing. This Ceremony has been practised for thousands of years across many different lands. When we enter into this Ceremony we do so not just for ourselves, but for all our relations.
