 After years as a National health Practitioner a chronic illness forced me to reassess my life choices.  I started a new journey into healing,  studying numerous modalities including yoga ,reflexology ,Reiki and massage Embarking on a variety of massage techniques such as Thai,  Ayurvedic yoga, tantra, deep tissue, lymphatic, Hawaiian.  I was drawn to Alchemy of touch Academy,  this has taken me on an amazing transformational journey of expansion and healing.

This form of massage is not just a physical treatment but a spiritual experience that aims to restore balance and energy flow within the body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage(MLD) is a specialized, gentle massage technique performed by trained therapists to stimulate the lymphatic system, reducing swelling (lymphoedema), inflammation, and fluid retention. It uses light, rhythmic skin-stretching movements to move lymph fluid away from congested areas toward functioning lymph nodes.
