Hatha Yoga – mixed abilities, suitable for beginners.
A chance to listen to your body, rise above the restrictions that your thoughts some times place on your body, in a gentle mindful way. Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work) & Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Yoga is a great way to manage the stress we may experience in our daily lives, assisting us in becoming more aware of ourselves on all levels.
Benefits include : calming and balancing the nervous system, increasing overall flexibility and strength, massaging internal organs, and generally providing an overall sense of well being.
Angela Pearl is a Certified and Insured Yoga teacher, Hatha, Yin and Restorative. A Life Coach and Reiki Master / Teacher. Angela’s classes are friendly, fun and relaxed where she endeavours to promote that yoga is for Every-Body!
