Healing Self, Healing Land – Retreat
Sat 3/12/22 - 10:00 am
with Dr Charlie Brennan and Bridget O’Brien
Staying strong, resilient and well these times of uncertainty, anxiety and systems breakdown. In this retreat we explore and practice healing ourselves, our communities and our land. A mix of gardening, ecopsychology, walking, ceremony, rewilding, permaculture, collective healing and group learning.
We live in a world in which so many places, landscapes, ecologies have been disrespected, degraded and damaged. Similarly, so many people, as individuals and collectively, are some combination of hurt, lost, addicted, unwell, unhappy and traumatised. In these times it has almost become radical to live life centered around principles and practices of care for health of self, community and planet.
This retreat will identify and build participants’ own self-care and land-care practices. Join Dr Charlie Brennan, Bridget O’Brien and guests as we explore the vitally important work of co-healing people and planet.
