Neuromuscular Postural Release

Fri 1/1/21

Practitioner: Sarah Wale

This system is an ingenious take on the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technique and by way of movement in the easy and pain free direction allows the bilateral core musculature to relax and become even in tension.

The course teaches a sequence of easily performed client participatory techniques that release tension in the deep postural muscles. Use of these techniques gently and easily corrects postural misalignment, improves breathing and increases your client’s body awareness.
