Closing the bones ceremony - can last up to 1hr -1hr 30mins depending on the diagnosis and what needs to happen.

The closing the bones – The treatment involves the use of a traditional shawl called a Manta (also known as a rebozo in Mexico) to rock and articulate the hips, followed by a complex abdominal and pelvic girdle massage using a warming oil, and then finished by tightly wrapping the cloth around the woman's hips. This closes energetic and physical openings in the lower abdomen and back, also releases trauma.

Plant limpia healings-  The plant Limpia can last up to 50 mins

A Plant Limpia is a Spiritual Cleansing ritual. It cleanses the body, emotions, mind and soul from negative energies or thoughts. Traditionally it is used to get rid of blockages and trauma.

Either healing treatments are on a sliding scale of £60 -£80 depending on your income and what you can pay.
