Qigong, Tai Chi & Martial Arts Weekend

This will be a weekend of training outdoors in the arts of Qigong, Tai Chi and Martial Arts.
Beginners will be introduced to Qigong or Tai Chi with a deep dive into movements which open the mind, body and energetics of the body.  Simple but deeply layered movements will be taught with plenty of time for practise alone and possibly with a partner.
Existing practitioners will delve further into the movements they already practise and will be taught new components of internal mechanics and possibly energy work to upgrade their training skills.
The two days will have five hours of training each day, with one session (two and a half hours per session) on each morning and one session on each afternoon, a total of four sessions altogether.  Participants can choose to attend between one to four sessions with a two hour lunch break on the Saturday and a one hour break on the Sunday.
£100 whole weekend
£50 per day
£25 for one morning, or one afternoon session
Saturday morning - 10:00am - 12:30pm  then Saturday afternoon - 2:30pm - 5:00pm
Sunday morning - 10:00am - 12:30pm   then Sunday afternoon - 1:30pm  - 4:00pm
Each session is two and half hours long.  The Saturday has a two hour lunch and the Sunday a one hour lunch.  Please bring your own lunch, snacks and water.
